I began my travel career with Croydon Travel in 1994 after completing an Associate Diploma in Travel and Tourism. In my first year, I was honoured to receive the Australian Travel Award for Best First Year Travel Employee.
Today, it is a privilege to be the owner and manager of Croydon Travel, continuing a proud legacy of trusted service spanning more than 50 years.
With over 30 years of industry experience, I specialise in creating personalised travel experiences tailored to each client’s needs. My expertise includes the USA, Europe, South America, cruising, and family group travel, although I have planned journeys to virtually every corner of the world.
Having travelled to more than 75 countries and escorted tours across multiple continents, some of my favourite destinations include Cuba, Peru, Alaska, Kenya and the Kimberley coast between Darwin and Broome.
Cruising is a particular passion of mine, and I enjoy helping clients discover the convenience and enjoyment of exploring multiple destinations while only unpacking once.
Over the past decade, I have also developed a speciality in multi-generational family travel, designing memorable holidays that cater to travellers of all ages. I still love travelling and now share that passion with my wife and two daughters, exploring the world together whenever we can.
The challenges of the COVID years reinforced the value of experienced travel advice. Supporting clients through airline disruptions, changing entry requirements and refunds demonstrated the importance of having a trusted professional to rely on when travel plans become complicated.

My career in travel began over 20 years ago, with roles at V/Line Holidays, Australian Pacific Tours, and Captain’s Choice Tours. For the past 10 years at Croydon Travel, I have combined my knowledge and passion for travel to help clients create memorable, stress-free holidays. Whether you’re travelling on a budget or indulging in the ultimate luxury experience, I have extensive experience across all styles of travel.
I have been fortunate to travel extensively and make it a priority to visit somewhere new each year, continually expanding my knowledge and firsthand experience. Whether it’s by cruise, road trip, or escorted tour, I believe there is no substitute for experiencing destinations personally.
My most recent adventures include Norway and Finland in search of the Northern Lights, as well as a cruise and road trip from Montreal to Key West in the United States.
Other destinations I have explored include Morocco, Tanzania, Namibia, Egypt, the Middle East, South Africa, much of Europe, Canada, India, Vietnam, Japan, China, Singapore, the South Pacific Islands and many more.

With more than 25 years in the travel industry, my journey began with Croydon Travel in 1998. After spending 15 wonderful years with Captain’s Choice, I was delighted to return to Croydon Travel, where I now specialise in group travel. Having worked across many areas of the industry, I understand that expert advice, personal service, and attention to detail are more valuable than ever when planning a holiday.
Travel has taken me to some of the world’s most extraordinary destinations. From witnessing the wildlife of Kenya and Tanzania on safari, to luxury rail journeys through South Africa and private jet adventures across South America, Cuba, India, and Asia, I’ve been fortunate to experience many unforgettable moments. I’ve explored Japan by both land and sea, cruised Europe’s waterways from Amsterdam to Budapest, and visited spectacular landscapes including Bolivia’s Uyuni Salt Flats and Chile’s Atacama Desert.
More recently, my travels have included the USA, Sri Lanka, Croatia, the Greek Islands, and the vibrant city of Istanbul. In 2025, I fulfilled a true bucket-list dream, journeying through Central Asia’s fascinating Five Stans: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. This incredible journey offered a unique insight into ancient Silk Road history, diverse cultures, and some of the world’s most captivating landscapes.
What I love most about travel is that there is always something new to discover. Whether I am travelling with my family, friends or travel colleagues, my bucket list never seems to get any shorter. My passion lies in creating memorable group travel experiences and helping clients explore the world with confidence.
